Corales Punta Cana

The beach access is excellent, offering immediate sandy shores and clear waters. Pool area provides ample loungers and cabanas, perfect for relaxation.

The double room felt cramped and wasn't suitable for working, as the internet speed was painfully slow, reminiscent of dial-up days. Hot water availability was inconsistent, and the shower head struggled to provide a decent flow due to clogs. A leisurely flush took ages, and the overall plumbing seemed outdated. Finding the hotel was tricky.

The hotel is located close to the sea, with many shops and restaurants nearby. the small restaurant downstairs serves a nice breakfast with live music. the pool is a nice touch and there is a pleasant terrace. the rooms have working air conditioning and a decent size terrace.

The service and administration are poor, with unhelpful and rude staff. the check-in process can be chaotic and lengthy.

We stayed at a hotel over the Christmas period and had a lovely time. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and we enjoyed long walks by the ocean each day. The pool on the property was also a great feature and our kids spent hours swimming and playing. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed assistance navigating the local area.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that we didn't like. The shower pressure was quite low and there were a few days when there was no water at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the great location, close to the sea and shops, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the helpful staff. the hotel facilities, including the pool and the small restaurant down the hotel, were great. Breakfast was also included and it was delicious.

Spent my Xmas holidays in a hotel where the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel had a great location with the beach just a short walk away. There were plenty of stores nearby to buy supplies for my stay. Loved the live band entertainment in the evenings, added a great touch. the WiFi was excellent and made it easy to keep in touch.

The shower pressure left a lot to be desired, but it was still enough to get clean. Unfortunately, the TV didn't allow access to Netflix or any other streaming services, which was a bit disappointing.
